Return and Exchange Policy for Pure Hearted

Thank you for shopping with Pure Hearted! We take pride in providing quality products, and while all sales are final, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

   • The product must be unworn and in its original packaging.
   • You have 14 days from the date your package was delivered to request an exchange.
   • No exchanges will be honored after the 14-day period—no exceptions.

2. Exchange Process:

   • To initiate an exchange, please email us at Purehearted.us@gmail.com with your order number and request details.
   • We can only process exchanges for an item of equal value that is in stock at the time of the exchange request.
3. Any Item on sale can NOT be returned on exchanged. All Sales Final
