All sales are final. Pure Hearted does not offer refunds.
Exchanges
Items may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
- An exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.
- Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
- Exchanges may only be made for an item of equal value.
- Exchange requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

Archive Sale & Discounted Items
All Archive Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with an approved exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Pure Hearted is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item for exchange.
